Sales Negotiator

Our Client is a very successful Estate Agency and has built an excellent reputation as the number 1 agency across the region. They are now looking to recruit a Sales Progressor to join their team in Rubery. Basic salary £18k – £20k plus monthly bonus OTE £25K – £30K.

Rubery is a very successful branch with high expectations. The ideal candidate will be organised, professional and friendly with excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well within a team. Previous Sales Negotiator experience is essential, along with excellent customer service skills and use of a vehicle. The role will require the successful candidate to work Mon-Fri 9.00am – 5.30pm. If you do work a Saturday, a day off in the week will be given.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:

  • See the Sales through from offer to completion
  • Liaising with Buyers, Vendors and Solicitors
  • Able to handle stressful situations whilst managing expectations
  • Re-negotiate Sales
  • Dealing with telephone and email enquiries
  • Carrying out viewings as and when required
  • General administration
  • Any other duties as deemed necessary to assist the team

  • Be confident with strong communication skills at all levels
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Be well organised and flexible
  • Have experience with Microsoft Office
  • Be extremely self-motivated and enthusiastic
  • Clean drivers’ licence and own vehicle
