Sales Progressor/Negotiator

Our Client is a very successful Estate Agency and has built an excellent reputation as the number 1 agency across the region. They are now looking to recruit a Sales Progressor to join their team in Barnt Green. A basic salary £18000 – £20000 with an OTE of £25000 – £30000pa.

Barnt Green is a very successful branch with high expectations. The ideal candidate will be organised, professional and friendly with excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well within a team. Previous Sales Progressor experience is essential, along with excellent customer service skills and use of a vehicle. The role will require the successful candidate to work Mon-Fri 9.00am – 5.30pm plus alternate Saturdays between 9.00am – 4.00pm. A day off in the week will be given for weekend work.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:

  • See the Sales through from offer to completion
  • Liaising with Buyers, Vendors and Solicitors
  • Able to handle stressful situations whilst managing expectations
  • Re-negotiate Sales
  • Dealing with telephone and email enquiries
  • Carrying out viewings as and when required
  • General administration
  • Any other duties as deemed necessary to assist the team


The successful Sales Progressor must:

  • Be confident with strong communication skills at all levels
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Be well organised and flexible
  • Have experience with Microsoft Office
  • Be extremely self-motivated and enthusiastic
  • Clean drivers’ licence and own vehicle
