To support future growth plans, our Client is looking for permanent Trainee Telesales Executives to join the team and drive sales. This is a full-time position 8.30-5.00pm Monday to Friday based in Coventry.

The role for the first six months is a trainee position in which the successful candidate will receive full training and ongoing support. This will follow with the opportunity to graduate to a Telesales role within the company after six months. We are looking for talented individuals who are looking to START a career in sales. These opportunities are within a new team in our highly successful telesales operation in Coventry. Our focus is on growing, so we need enthusiastic, self-motivated achievers.

This is a rare opportunity to work with companies from all industries, as well as some well-known household brands. Working as part of a telesales team, where you will be supported and challenged, you will work with people at all levels within companies working towards getting the end sale.

You will be calling businesses and providing information on the services we offer, using our system to enter and update information on a CRM database.

The aim is creating leads, follow ups and converting them into opportunities and meetings for our Account Managers. You will learn how to manage the sales process with the help of the whole team. The ability to learn about our business and services and describe/explain them to potential clients is essential.
