We are looking to add to our Client’s ecommerce team and have an opportunity for an experienced Credit Controller.
Our Client is actively growing the number of credit account customers so the ideal candidate will take responsibility for all aspects of credit account management. This will include processing account applications, credit control, debt collection via phone, email and letter, responsibility for incoming cash, allocation of cash and ledger management.
Currently the team consists of 2 existing credit controllers and a Team Leader, so you will make up a team of 4. Therefore, the tasks of your credit control role will be split equally, to ensure maximum efficiency throughout both roles.
Key personal capabilities and experience
Excellent experience of credit control
Experience of Ledger management
Experience of using credit reference agencies
Strong administration and organisational skills
Excellent delivery focus under pressure and used to working to deadlines
Comfortable working with different systems and juggling multiple tasks
Strong attention to detail
Experience of working within an ecommerce business would be beneficial but is not essential
